Disaster Area
Jennifer is an exceptional story teller. What has kept me binging these episodes this past month is the obvious emotional investment she puts into each episode. With disasters, the subject matter is usually extremely sad however Jennifer walks the line between narrator, historian, reporter and flat out empathetic human being quite well. No one wants to be read to and with Jennifer you can tell she has notes but you can also tell that she has gone through an emotional journey with each of these episodes. Her style just flat out works. At the end of each episode is personal reflection content which is always interesting to listen to. I have only one suggestion which I will address to Jennifer herself. Jennifer, I think you should do an interview with someone involved in some way with each disaster and put it on ITUNES for sale as "bonus material". You would be surprised how many of us out here crave additional material on each disaster. Anyway bravo on this podcast!! You are absolutely fantastic!!Read full review »
