Mostly advertising, some lies, some nutritional info
The information provided is simplified, sometimes to the point of being inaccurate. As a scientist and someone who has actually taken biochemistry, I'm really disappointed by the number of falsehoods I've heard on the show. They "pick and choose" studies that support their ideas, and completely ignore anything to the contrary. In one podcast, you usually get ~5 minutes of useful content. The rest is just advertising for you to come in and spend a lot of money at their centers on counseling or supplements. For all the claims of eating "real food," they really encourage you to consume lots of their powders and supplements.Read full review »
