I listened to the podcast about the brain and found that the hosts had difficulty with staying on topic. They sounded like nice people who care but failed to communicate data about anti ageing the brain. They talked about children's nutrition and other non related issues. Yes good nutrition is good for the brain but unless research is ,mentioned it is just hear say to me. In a world of wives tales I need raw data not someone reading what articles that were written. They also kept talking about what they used to eat. Too much really. Ok I get the nutrition thing. For 1/2 a century I ate processed food. I now want to think of the best food for my mind and body. I would recommend the Cut the Fat podcast. They back up the facts with science and experience. Good luck.Read full review »
