Authentic, relatable, practical and comforting
I’m one of those people who’s read/googled/listened to anything and everything that might have a prayer of “curing” my anxiety, and this is the first podcast that offered me authentic, relatable, actionable hope. It’s low-key, refreshing and helpful.

Drew is a no nonsense guy and at first that irked me but his technique is spot on. Josh is a little more compassionate (sorry Drew 🤣) so the two of them together are a dynamic duo for anxiety recovery.
