Contradictory and judgmental
Episode on does the body keep score is unhelpful. The host's messaging is judgmental and contradicts itself by acknowledging that trauma is subjective but then judging whether someone has truly experienced it. Therapists are meant to be empathetic and understanding, to assume the role of judge and jury when it comes to individuals traumatic experiences is the last thing people need. I cannot recommend this podcast to those seeking understanding and support.Read full review »

Very helpful podcast. These hosts have such a positive attitude towards anxiety recovery with the knowledge and skills to back it all up. It’s homebase for me when I need to focus on my recovery for a bit. Very grateful for this podcast.
