It all makes so much sense now!
As a woman in her 40’s I so appreciate Ruth sharing her knowledge of her science based research geared specifically to women just like me. It’s motivational and inspiring. I’ve learned so much! My favorite episode is The Science of Sugar Addiction

Just another keto pod
I really was excited to listen to this but quickly realized it’s just a keto diet dressed up as a healthy lifestyle.
