I just got back from vacation and was already planning my bounce back into low carb today, but hearing your encouragement and tips is giving me even more motivation. I was fully thin adapted a year ago and reached my goal weight last October. And, just like you, I was worried about stepping on the scale this morning, but it wasn’t as bad as I expected from all of my indulgence during my vacation and our overall summer mode.
