“As a passionate lover of food, history and (almost) everything italian, it was a great pleasure to listen to the knowledgeable and at times profound conversations. The episode “Dalla Corea con amore” was, to me, an interesting reflection on how young Italians see my country. Whereas I am immensely critical and even cynical about Korean culture, I do not totally agree with some aspects on Bulgoghi and Bundeghi (roasted chrysalis of silkworms). All in all professor Grandi indeed provided me with a completely novel insight on italian food. Grazie!”
