WTAF Does Wellness Mean Episode!
I’ve been a fan of this podcast and Sammy and Jenna for awhile now. I specifically loved this episode because it talks about integrative health. I feel that this isn’t something that’s talked about enough online. You either see the extreme side of functional medicine or western medicine. I love that Jenna shared her positive experiences with functional medicine. As someone who has gone through my own personal struggles, I have personally seen and found the positive impacts functional medicine has had on my health. However, this does not mean we can ignore western medicine. I have integrated functional, western, and intuitive eating principles into my lifestyle. I loved the conversation about finding the grey in this space! You two are so inspiring and I love the work you do. It’s genuine, real, raw, authentic, and offers great advice and content for any type of consumer.
