I really liked this pod but recently I just haven’t been relating it has way too much mom content. I see they added it to their title photo. Unsubscribing not the content for me.

You two truly are the big sisters I never had. This show offers the best mix of messages… from anti-diet, body positivity/neutrality, pregnancy support, postpartum health, and parenthood in general, I always finish an episode feeling so seen. Thank you ladies!

So I listened to your summary of the Oprah episode and another one on your views of GLP-1’s. As a person with class 2 obesity, the pain that people struggling with obesity are going through is very real. Pushing the intuitive eating and HAES narrative and shaming weight loss meds is not helpful,...Read full review »

I love this pod so much from an ED recovery perspective which is how I found it and why I listen. Recently there’s been too many episodes about pregnancy and giving birth and parenthood which is great but not why I listen (it does not pertain to me) to this pod, so I find myself having to skip a...Read full review »

I really want to love this podcast, and there have been some episodes that I’ve found really informative and entertaining, but lately it feels like a LOT of content focused only on pregnancy and TikTok ragebait/misinfo. I understand that those are highly relevant to the hosts at the moment, but...Read full review »

I absolutely love your podcast and your message. I wish there wasn’t as much baby/post-partum content however.

I appreciate the debunking of diet culture. It’s so toxic and for many years made me feel like I wasn’t a person worth being in certain spaces. Thanks.

I enjoyed your podcast until today. You reviewed Oprah’s special without even watching it. You said they should have covered topics which they actually did - which you would have known if you had watched the program. You also mentioned the teens that were featured who were taking the medicines...Read full review »

Normally, you are relatively inclusive. And I’m sure you didn’t mean to be hurtful. But your conversation of putting down men because they don’t/can’t give birth felt like a slap. There are plenty of moms who didn’t birth their children and made to feel like less of a woman because they don’t go...Read full review »

I really enjoy this podcast. Sammy and Jenna are very relatable, funny, real. Started listening for the intuitive eating content, and now as I’m entering motherhood myself, am finding their pregnancy/realities of being a mom content super enjoyable.

This podcast has been a great help in my eating disorder recovery and body image work. I love the hosts but I just wish that they would add some kind of music or sound effect that indicates to the listener when they’re going into an advertisement?? Like they just launch into an ad randomly and it...Read full review »

I’ve been listening for a long time and probably always will but the placement of the commercials are horrendous. These two moms use this podcast as a platform to dunk on people without kids who couldn’t possibly understand why a toddler have to have packaged snacks or to elaborate on their opinions following social media comments. A bit too much drama and finger-pointing for me.

I’m in the middle of my intuitive eating journey after 20 years of diet culture. This podcast has been such an encouragement and I truly feel like I'm enjoying food, cooking, movement and making non weight loss goals. I’m very thankful for these two women speaking on this subject.Read full review »

It’s a affirming podcast if you want to challenge white-Eurocentric beauty standards and diet culture. However, they fail to prep for podcasts in terms of research/education, are white-female centric, and are SUPER TikTok obsessed, often referencing influencers that most of us have never heard...Read full review »

Not science-based. Just replaces the all-or-nothing mentality of diet-culture with all-or-nothing mentality of a different kind (HAES/anti-diet philosophy).
