Noom diet episode lazy
I just started Noom and wanted to get some user feedback to help get a full picture of the app and stumbled on this episode. I expected the podcaster to have done the free trial at least so she is knowledgable on how the app performs currently. Instead she had a client of hers that used Noom years ago talk about her negative experience and the host validated the outdated bias to draw conclusions. I think there are good and bad in most programs out there and I found this podcast to be a host and user confirming each others bias using outdated information- which is useless and does not demonstrate thoughtful holistic approach to the subject. I am new to Noom so I am saving my conclusion to at least 6 weeks before I figure out if it is right for me, but I can say that it has definitely changed significantly from what the guest described. I value podcasts that share experiences with factual information and give the listener the respect to make up their own mind. Having an already biased host bring on a client to confirm negative views is disappointing and will not inspire me to put this podcast on my playlist.

I just found you!! I am in my early 60s and have struggled with body image and yo yo dieting my whole life. You guys speak to me in a way no one ever has. As much as you both seem to want to apologize for the first one, let me just say “you had me at hello”! You were honest, real and relatable....Read full review »
