Was really hoping they’d be different…found more of the same
Not science-based. Just replaces the all-or-nothing mentality of diet-culture with all-or-nothing mentality of a different kind (HAES/anti-diet philosophy). I am amazed these hosts are licensed dietitians. This rhetoric has drowned ED recovery spaces for a few years now, it’s just a fad - just like any other fad diet. I wanted to give them a chance but found myself having to turn it off for my own sanity. If you want actual science-based nuanced discussions on EDs/DE/recovering from diet culture, I suggest checking out the Whole Hearted Eating podcast.
