Great content
This show always has great content but the way it’s delivered feels unprofessional to a point where it feels like it takes away credibility and legitimacy of the content. I want to share with people but i think how casually it’s discussed makes it feel less credible. Im all for swearing but I think the amount of it in this show also what makes it feel less quality

These two registered dietitians are so incredibly informative and fun! No uptight advice that you can’t relate to. I connected in such a realistic, supportive way that I can’t wait to listen to more of their podcasts. Please keep em coming !!! Learning can actually be fun!!!!
