Some of today’s podcast was a bit awkward
Dr. Furhman has inspired thousands of Americans to change their way of eating for better life quality. He's an expert in the field of nutritional medicine and the author of several best sellers. I think the concept of a teen rebellion could have been handled with a bit more respect for the parents of this young lady. I found her “self-confidence “ bordering on a lack of respect towards both her parents. Perhaps the confession that the nutritious meals her parents prepared for her, ended up in the school garbage bin, could have been part of another podcast.
