I subscribed to this podcast back in 2007 and then...I don't remember why!...I stopped practicing, even though yoga had transformed me from the inside out. I recently decided to start practicing again, and to my utter delight, Elsie's podcast is still going strong! She is so supportive and instructive, even virtually!
