Ageism
Unfortunately I found the latest podcast to be ageist. I’ll check in again when the podcaster reaches 60 years old…then see how they feel. I know plenty of people still riding strong (even some racing) into their 70s! Also, the podcaster could curtail the use of the f-word to keep the “clean”...Read full review »

If coaches can talk about cellar redox, AMPC, NADH and wavelength absortion and emission (photoelectirc effect) they leave out the quandum part on purpose and talk about real training gems and most of the time in a modest real way.
