“I’ve been listening to EC since 2019, stumbling across it honestly looking for a good podcast about the sport of cycling. I’d only been riding for a year or so and didn’t know anything about racing, training, nutrition, or recovery.
I’ve come a long way with them, at first self coaching from the lessons I learned on the pod, to eventually becoming a client. Kolie and his different co-hosts, though usually Kyle, speak very articulately about the biological adaptions that happen while training which is what first drew me into the show. Krebs Cycles, size principles, V02 max, FTP all get their dues, but he has also been doing a good job bringing in other voices with diverse backgrounds that all relate to the sport of bike racing. Some of my favorites are about strength training and nutrition.
I’ve never written a review about any podcast but I love this one so much I thought it was important to continue supporting it. Five Stars!”
