Painful when straying from sport science
The latest series of episodes are painful biochemistry lectures that the host spends reminding you how smart he is and how’s he’s dumbing it down as best as he can for us. It’s not necessary and comes across as pompous. The concepts are simple and he’s basically regurgitating the material straight from a textbook anyway. Stick to sports science and leave the biochem to biochemists.
