Want to learn more about cycling and training/biology than you ever wanted (through the eyes of a scientist)? Some deep dives go over my head, but I appreciate how thorough and knowledgable the hosts are. This is not your “ten quick tips for success” and dials into what actually delivers results and the metabolic processes behind them.

Just a couple of hacks. They make assumptions of fact, that they then prove are not true, but use the assumption anyway. If you want standard FTP dogma, this is the place. Real knowledge is found elsewhere.

The physiological information and how training affects the different systems gives great insight and understanding to why we train and makes the training process all the more enjoyable for it.
