These guys are sharp
Want to learn more about cycling and training/biology than you ever wanted (through the eyes of a scientist)? Some deep dives go over my head, but I appreciate how thorough and knowledgable the hosts are. This is not your “ten quick tips for success” and dials into what actually delivers results and the metabolic processes behind them.
