Acquired taste
For me, this podcast is a bit of an acquired taste. At first I didn’t really like it and perhaps the episode I started with was not the best one (the “infamous” episode on the Rønnestad 30/15 study). But as I have listened to more episodes, I have grown to really like the podcast. The nerd-level is *fairly* high at times and often they have several episodes on the same topic that gradually goes deeper into the topic, so I would suggest start by listening to some of the earlier episodes first - or at least check if the episode you are interested is the first one in those deep dives. Will you like it? With a little tounge-in-cheek comment I will say that “it depends” :-)

Great podcasts for cyclists, especially if you like to understand and you’re a geek about what happens in your body as you push the pedals. If not there are also episodes that are focused on training takeaways.

Seriously mind blown after listening to these guys. I often repeat episodes just to fully understand these topics. If you wanna take your training to the next level, give these guys a listen!

Je découvre ce podcast à travers la critique des études sur le fractionné type 30/15. Ça m’a beaucoup plus. Les auteurs parlent un peu vite pour les non anglophones mais la qualité des propos vaut la peine qu’on s’accroche.
