Acquired taste
For me, this podcast is a bit of an acquired taste. At first I didn’t really like it and perhaps the episode I started with was not the best one (the “infamous” episode on the Rønnestad 30/15 study). But as I have listened to more episodes, I have grown to really like the podcast. The nerd-level is *fairly* high at times and often they have several episodes on the same topic that gradually goes deeper into the topic, so I would suggest start by listening to some of the earlier episodes first - or at least check if the episode you are interested is the first one in those deep dives. Will you like it? With a little tounge-in-cheek comment I will say that “it depends” :-)

I love the format of this podcast. Kolie and Kyle breakdown the science behind training and racing while delivering practical take home messages every listener can use in their training and coaching. Keep up the great work.
