Best Training Science podcast !
Can’t recommend Empirical Cycling podcast enough. All topics discussed are so well explained, all studies looked at are spot on, etc. All while being very honest on what it’s known and what’s still to be learnt ! Don’t miss an episode. This and Marginal Gains podcast are the two I never miss an episode of.

The content here is a great wealth of information for endurance athletes and coaches out there. It is focused on the fundamentals of how our physiology works and its changes in response to exercise.
