But some certainly stands out against the others, especially when it comes to useful/usable information. I find myself in the situation where my training time is quite restricted, as a person with a fulltime job as well as young family commitments. This 'forces'me to optimize my training plan as much as possible and the valuable information found at Training For Climbing is certainly the most useful for me. I would recommend anyone who is serious about getting better at climbing, and who would like to continue climbing injury free, through tough time restrictions, and to stay motivated, to give this podcast a listen and keep referring back to the Training For Climbing website.Read full review »
