I adore this show, and have been trying to get friends into it ever since I first I saw Eurovision clips (Moskau, anyone?) and then started watching annually. This podcast has hooked me into the much deeper culture and history of Eurovision that exists - it’s turned a three night event into a...Read full review »

Perfect for newbies who want to sound slightly more informed in the gay bar OR Eurovision die hards who want to yell at their phone and fight with the host’s opinions.

This podcast is the perfect initiation into the completely bonkers musical maelstrom that is Eurovision! I knew almost nothing about Eurovision before my friend told me about this podcast, but now I am Euro-confident and seriously hyped for the big event. Massive thanks to Jeremy, Oscar, and...Read full review »

I love the great analysis and interesting trivia about Eurovision. And who knew that the most insightful perspective on the war in Gaza would come from a Eurovision podcast?! But it’s true - thank you so much for your thoughts and information around that. I can’t WAIT for this years contest! Baby...Read full review »

The Eurovangelists are kind and thoughtful. And funny! Insightful! Their perspectives on Israel in the contest have been so helpful. I’m still not sure about watching but I feel I have help thinking about it - and all the politics that swirl around the ESC. I will definitely keep listening!

After having Eurovision described at me at various stages of my life, it was refreshing to find a podcast that could explain what was going on in Eurovision in a way I could understand as an American audience. I’ll definitely be watching 2024!

I'm not really a podcast person, but I cannot get enough of Eurovangelists! I get excited every Thursday when a new episode is out; it is a bright spot to my week! The hosts are funny, insightful, genuine, and interesting. I had heard of Eurovision from a Father Ted episode, and a friend made...Read full review »

Just listened to their rationale for “not acknowledging” Israel is even in the competition and it’s completely weird. They start off with saying other countries have written songs about wars in their areas, and they’re okay with that, but Israel is doing it too, and that they’re not okay when...Read full review »

I’ve been ESC-curious for many years and this show has given me the impetus to actually get watching! I wanted to listen to this Israel bonus episode before rating and commenting, because seeing a link to call for a ceasefire made me think I’d be hearing a dumb take but I wanted to be 100%.
