“I listen to you all the time and for several years. I felt there was some good points in this podcast about exercise. I didn’t like the fact he said high fructose corn syrup was not bad. Or that sugar was okay. Also he talked about protein and we don’t need amino acids. Waste of money. Well, if you have poor digestion and can’t breakdown your food, then you will not get the nutrients out so maybe amino acids are needed. I felt he was a man talking without really understanding the female body and menopause. I wish you would have disagreed with some of what he was saying.”
