I have never written a review for any podcast, but I feel like this is long overdue. I’ve benefited so much from Cynthia’s podcast even though- the content is relevant, insightful, in depth and cynthia is so intelligent and thoughtful. Thank you so much for this resource for women

I truly enjoy Cynthia’s wellness episodes. This one focused on non-nutritive sweetners. I had always heard allulose was one of the better ones, so this info has given me a bigger push to change and be more aware of what I am consuming.

Cynthia’s knowledge on IF and womens health is life changing. Her perspective on weight loss and longevity are so insightful. Her focus is on lifestyle changes as opposed to quick fixes. I would recommend her book and podcasts to anyone!
