Cynthia strives to get the best practitioners in the wellness space and especially provide women in perimenopause and menopause with a wealth of information regarding how their bodies and metabolism changes during this long transition period. She covers a variety of topics and each podcast teaches something you didn’t know with often simple changes you can make in your everyday life to make it better than yesterday.
