Cholesterol obsession
This was perfect timing for me. I started keto/IF in mid-September and I’m down 20 lbs thus far. It’s really the only “diet” that’s ever worked for me both physically and mentally. I had my annual physical yesterday w/ labs and have been thinking of what to do when my cholesterol looks bad. I don’t want to stop because I feel amazing. Great info and excited about this being studied further.
