I listened to a few of Cynthia’s podcast now and I am genuinely hooked. She and her gas break down nutrition and the psychological factors behind it so that I can better understand how I feed my body and how I move my body. I am so thankful to have found Cynthia and her friends and their teachings and I plan to consume many more of their educational podcasts.

I really enjoy this podcast! The two women are both very knowledgeable and they cover a wide variety of topics that relate to health and wellness. Would highly recommend listening!
