This was a very informative and interactive discussion between Robin, Cynthia, and Kelly, each an authentic expert in the nutritional counseling and weight management. Diets don’t work and the idea of examining the emotion of eating and physical health made a great deal of sense. The emphasis on sleep and good quality sleep, was explored by each and is probably the single most important aspect of enabling the body to be receptive to stress reduction and managing one’s weight and health. I appreciated the idea of halting the self-deprecating challenge many have each day in blaming themselves for their weight, and the alternative action of positive affirmations that move you forward.
