A health podcast that debunks the lies we’ve been raised on
I love this podcast! Cynthia is a straight shooter. She tells it like it is based on personal experience and research. So much health and diet advice out there has passed outright lies into the mainstream—especially the so-called nutrition advice we got from the low-fat, low-cholesterol, low-salt craze of the 80s. She has great guests as well. I look forward to each new episode.
