This is the best health and wellness podcast I listen to and follow! The depth and genuineness that Cynthia brings to the podcast, the experts she interviews, and the real-life practical advice are second to none. I love how she focuses on women’s issues and health and the unique things women need to consider at all stages of life. I love the nutrition, weight loss, but really positive self-care and love that this podcast engenders in the listener. I look forward to new episodes every week and it’s like a treat when they’re released! Thank you for a consistently great and worthwhile podcast!

I find it frustrating and distracting to hear your notifications going off in the background during the podcast. Also, the ‘ahums’ when your guests are talking are distracting. Otherwise this podcast is highly rated in my life.
