I’m hooked!
I’m new to intermittent fasting and I’ve gained so much knowledge, motivation and confidence by following and listening to Cynthia’s podcasts. She is down to earth and so easy to relate to. As a woman quickly approaching my 40s, I couldn’t have found her podcasts at a more perfect time. She is realistic, empathetic and empowers the listener with knowledge. I’ve learned there is so much more to fasting than just cutting calories by shortening the eating window. I had no idea!

I really enjoy this podcast! The two women are both very knowledgeable and they cover a wide variety of topics that relate to health and wellness. Would highly recommend listening!
