Faster than (almost) ever...
Ok, I never write reviews. Ever. Except when something stands out above all the rest. I was a full time cyclist a long time ago, in a galaxy far away from the one I abide in now. As a dad, business owner, husband, etc, things just sort of slipped away from consistent training and fitness across the years. Finding and following both the FasCat plans AND importantly, the Podcast for almost 3 years now, I've been happily surprised at how much stronger and faster I've become. Jackson and Coach Frank do an awesome job breaking down cycling training and do a comfortable discussion about a variety of aspects of the sport. They motivate me to get out on my bike and get stronger.

Excellent pod for dialing in your training, particularly for self coached athletes. The topics are on point, often covering a topic at exactly the point in the season or off season when you need the answers most. Thanks Frank and Jackson!
