The easily digestible (pun intended) episodes are informative, refreshing and entertaining. It’s so easy to second guess the choices we make related to food and body. These episodes are like listening to a professional friend who wants to help us get grounded in our thoughts and actions. Highly recommend to anyone curious about intuitive eating, and anyone who has ever had a complex relationship to these topics.
Would love to hear more content about movement as it relates to a food-freedom journey. Movement does so many good things for us, but many of us still have struggles with it (over-work ourselves, use it to “earn” food, etc.). Thanks for all that you do!”
