It’ll change your mind about fueling your runs
Holley’s podcasts are terrific — engaging, funny, informative, and a little bit addictive. I like to stack a few together on my long runs; before I know it, the run is done and I’ve learned something new about sports nutrition, strength training, or marathon running. Highly recommend to anyone looking to properly fuel their exercise or reframe their view of food as the cornerstone of their training.

I have read many nutrition books and listened to many podcasts, but only after listening to fit cookie nutrition podcast everything came together and started to makes sense. The way it’s explained in this podcast is in everyday terms and just makes it easier to relate. Thank you!
