Evidence based info for the endurance athlete
I’ve been following Holley on Instagram for over a year now and I absolutely love the info that she shares there. It is no surprise that Holley’s podcast is also full of reliable info for the endurance athlete. There are no quick answers or fixes here-it’s all well researched, thoughtful and sensible advice that I turn to when I’m wading through a sea of nutrition information and want succinct data on a particular topic. Holley is a fantastic speaker and info giver for the running world and knows 👏🏼 her 👏🏼 stuff 👏🏼 I love relating to the topics she speaks about and incorporating them into my own training. I have seen the results her education has given me and can’t vouch enough!
