Excellent, informative podcast!
Even as an experienced marathoner and half marathoner, this podcast is a wealth of information, assurances and reminders, and even new knowledge that had somehow passed me by. The focus on proper nutrition, understanding of runners' mentality and goals, as well as her easy expression of these details make this a productive and enjoyable half-hour or so, often before I am readying to get out the door in the morning.
