Best nutrition education
I am loving this micronutrient series and all other episodes I’ve had the chance to listen to. As a runner, group fitness coach and trainer I need all the knowledge I can get about how to keep my body fueled and moving. The information from these podcasts has been life changing for me and how I view nutrition and how I fuel my body. I am now planning to revisit meditation thanks to the amazing information and guest on the most recent podcast.

I absolutely love this podcast. Fellow RD, but specialize in diabetes. I love all the info and soak it in. Training for my first marathon and this has been such a great resource!
