Description
Now a 2.29 Great Britain Marathon runner, running coach, and running space media icon, Becky Briggs sheds light on the marathon, and some of the common key issues within the sport.
Becky talks about her experience overcoming her past eating disorder, and what really allowed her to move past things. Taking her from feeling like she was treading water to feeling strong, powerful, and able to reach her potential.
Becky reflects upon her journey with the Marathon so far, what it has been like training for it, and racing it, and what she has learned from progressing though the levels with it so fast.
Lots of be learned here!
And be sure to check out Becky Briggs for coaching tips and tricks too.
