Fresh off an 18th place finish (2nd European) at the world U20 cross country championships, Jess Bailey is one of Britain's top junior talents and this episode sees her talk through her experience so far. Jess has competed on the world stage across Mountain Running, Track, and Cross Country, and despite still being at school studying for her A-Levels, she demonstrates an excellent mindset which she shares with us.
