Megan Davies is the UK#9 over the 5k, and top class 1500m runner, competing recently in the British Olympic Trials and Championships over the distance.
She has been training for most of her life, although it all began with an unexpected passion for swimming. She has had her fair share of struggles with injuries and a sub ideal coaching set up in states whilst competing in the NCAA.
In this episode she shares her journey, the highs, the lows, and details. A deep dive into running in the NCCA, and re-finding her love for the sport, and motivation to compete post her return from America. Megan also works whilst running providing inspiration to everyone who balances both.
