Amy-Eloise Neale has competed at all the major international competitions from World Championships, Dimond Leagues, Commonwealth Games, and the Olympics. She is a Tokyo Olympian in the 5000m, European Indoor Champion 3000m (2022), 4th at the Commonwealth Championships 5000m (2022), and British Champion Indoor 3000m / Outdoor 5000m (2022) Her time in the sport started very young but she has sustained her success over the years. In this episode she talks through her journey through the sport, including a deep dive into her time in the NCCA and how she overcame an eating disorder.
