NNormal and American athlete Allie Ostrander joins the podcast to share her story of how she moved past an eating disorder to run PBs including an Olympic Qualifying time. Allie is a world class athlete with resume of titles and achievements to her name, however she is also well known and well loved as a content creator in her own right. Allie has shared her running journey from being one of America's top high school athletes and going pro straight out of college, to battling with an eating disorder. In this episode Allie shares her reflections on how she made the mental switch to overcome her struggles with an eating disorder. This ultimately gave her food and exercise freedom, and saw her run PB's and an Olympic qualifying time that year. Allie's positivity and strength of character makes for an inspiring, entertaining, and informative listen.
