Innes FitzGerald and Jess Bailey both sit together down for a catch up since their last respective episodes, released in March and April 2024. Since then they have both run at the world U20 cross country championships and world U20 3000m championships ( with top 20 finishes both times), as well as taken a bunch of top spots at a range of domestic championships.
