Informative
Overall very informative podcast, really appreciative the content. Could improve on speaking over those you’re interviewing. That can be frustrating for the listener and seems like it throws off the train of thought of the expert. Personal stories are also less helpful, would rather hear more from the expert.

I have listened to many episodes of FFF and while the information is so great and helpful, it is not always delivered well, IMO. Sophia comes across judgy and preachy. I hope that she will eventually become more empathetic and warm up a bit especially on such a big platform.
