I love this podcast!
I typically listen on Spotify, but I came here just to write a review! I found this podcast recently during my journey and I can’t get enough of it! These ladies are awesome and talk about everything in a way that any female can understand. They are also so relatable and don’t come on here to tell you to stop/eliminate everything terrible you might be doing or Eating to get pregnant. They are reasonable in their approach and help you to create a life of balance during this journey. I also love their recipe/food ideas and the fact that they rarely give a salad as a meal recommendation! They also make you feel like you are not alone in this journey and give you actionable items to follow. I would highly recommend this podcast if you are TTC!!

I highly recommend this podcast. If you are trying to conceive or thinking about it in the near future, or you’re just a woman wanting to be more informed on your health and your body, this is for you. I don’t know why these things aren’t common knowledge but these two ladies are part of the change!
