All the good things!
This podcast (and Caitlin and Sophia) have been a literal answer to my prayers. I love their humor. I love that they don’t mince words and they just say it how it is. The content in these episodes have really changed how I eat and take care of my body. I was diagnosed with PCOS at 18, and after 10 years, this podcast has given me the most information I’ve ever been able to use. I cannot say enough good things about these two women and all they have to offer, especially this podcast!

I have recently started listening to this Podcast. Sophia and Caitlyn crack me up! I am about 1 year into my infertility with all the signs of pcos. No doctor or OB has explained any of the items you girls discuss on here. You girls have changed my outlook on infertility with hope and humor. ♥️
