A must listen!
I have been following Kelly for a very long time on Instagram and I’m beyond excited for this podcast. The things Kelly shares are life changing new ways of thinking about our relationship with food. After I lost 140 lbs at the age of 35 I felt like I had it all figured out. I stamped my weight struggles as “complete”. But then over the next 5+ years I struggled with a diet-culture-influenced relationship with food and completely sabotaged myself into gaining back 100 lbs. I had “perfect” weeks, followed by derailed weekends of bingeing. This podcast is for anyone at any point in their journey and it is life changing words of wisdom.
