“I was initially attracted to Christy's podcast because of her "health at every size" approach and feminist lens through which these discussions exist. That is SO hard to find. I just started listening a few months ago and I feel like I've been living in my earbuds ever since. The discussions she has with interviewees resonate so much with me, as I'm in a phase of AN recovery where my body is stable but my mind is still a war zone. After 10 years of battling this monster I'm desparately trying to surround myself with anti-diet/body positive talk. I found that here. I would even say that I feel emotionally supported when I'm listening, almost as if I were in the room and the information is directed to specifically me.
