Great for intuitive eating advice!
I have been listening to this podcast for a couple of months now. Like many who podcast in this genre, the host Christy spends the majority of the podcast interviewing other authors, podcasters, or experts in the field. I like this because you are always hearing more than just one voice. As someone who is recovering as a disordered eater, I have found this to be a great resource in order to help me keep my head on straight and marching on the right path. If you are like me, you might be wondering why the podcast has an explicit symbol next to it. That is because you will hear some occasional swearing on the program, including the F bomb. As a mother, this sort of limits the times I can listen to this podcast. It would be very easy for the host to leave out the swearing and encourage her guests to do the same in order to offer something a bit more classy. But that won't stop me from listening. My only other minor complaint would be that the host occasionally sounds a bit valley girl and throws out the terms "yeah, totally" on a pretty regular basis. I think she is just probably a bit young and this is where her age shows. And maybe I'm becoming an old fuddy-duddy or something! (The fact that I even throughout the term valley girl says something) LolRead full review »

I think once Christy gets a few more of these under her belt they will be fantastic. I know my first episodes sucked compared to this show. Keep going, keep creating.
